Delete My Account (for SBA Reads)
1. Account Deletion Overview
We understand that you may wish to delete your SBA Reads account. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and irreversible.
Once deleted, you will lose access to:

Your personal library (all purchased books).

Course progress and certifications.

Book uploads (if you are an author).

Bookmarks, highlights, and reading history.
2. How to Delete Your Account
To request account deletion:

Use the form on this page. You can also reach it from Profile in your SBA Reads account.

Complete the deletion request form with your registered email address.

Confirm your identity via email verification.

Our support team will process the request within 7–14 business days.
3. Important Notes

Deletion of your account is permanent. Once deleted, we cannot recover your books, course data, or author uploads.

Payment history may be retained for compliance with legal and tax obligations.

If you are an author, your published books will be removed from sale, and any pending royalties will be processed before deletion.
4. Alternative Options
If you do not want permanent deletion, you may instead:

Deactivate your account (temporarily suspend access).

Unsubscribe from marketing emails while keeping your content.
